THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

For over 10 years RFD has enjoyed a successful and trusting relationship with the Texas OAG CSD (Child Support Division).  RFD has flourished while contracting directly with the OAG as well as participating as a sub-contractor on several large OAG initiatives.

Through the work accomplished and the relationships formed with management, program, and technical stakeholders, RFD takes pride knowing that we have helped the OAG accomplish some of its long term goals for the Texas child support program.

THE RFD DIFFERENCE

RFD has broadened its knowledge of the Texas OAG CSD development methodologies, data architecture, development lifecycle, project management, and WebSphere Portal implementation, RFD serves as a primary contact for OAG IT as well as OAG PMO staff throughout this engagement. 

RFD’s exposure and involvement in many of the Employer initiatives as well as the development of multiple portlets for the Employer One Stop has enabled us to gain a deeper understanding of the data exchanged between Employers and the OAG. 

NOW AND THE FUTURE

The Data Management project has provided an opportunity for RFD staff to know and identify with the long term objectives of the OAG as it pertains to Employers. Currently, RFD is engaged as a sub-contractor to PSI on the OAG Data Management Services team as a software solution and technology development team member.
