Austin, TX, July 30 — RFD & Associates, Inc., a Texas-based leader in custom software engineering and systems integration, announced today that Senior Consultant Bob Moyers achieved his JIEM (Justice Information Exchange Model) Certification.
Bob joined RFD in 1994 as a developer and technical architect. JIEM is a business process analysis tool created to assist state, local and tribal justice organizations with modeling system information flow and business rules by identifying, describing, documenting, and defining key inter-agency information exchanges . During a project for the Texas Department of Public Safety, Bob trained on the JIEM tool so he could design an agency-wide justice schema. It was during this time that he decided to pursue his JIEM certification.
“Since Bob Moyers joined RFD, he has contributed significantly to our software development methodology.” said Anne Davison, president of RFD. “His most recent JIEM certification is a testimony to our commitment in maintaining currency to support our clients with both existing and future software development standards.”
