Ivory Emulator enables organizations to easily make critical host-based applications available via the Internet, extranet or corporate intranet.

Ivory Emulator's two-tiered thin-client approach eliminates the requirement for additional servers or host-installed software, providing a cost-effective method of delivering highly scalable client access to legacy systems. A small footprint Java application is installed on the client machine to provide access to 3270 and 5250 based applications. This Java application can be remotely installed, configured and maintained, eliminating the need for on-site IT installation and support. In addition, Ivory Emulator provides rich printer support, including full 3280 printing. European and Asian character sets are supported for international deployments.

Security
Ivory Emulator provides users with secure terminal emulation for IBM S/390 and AS/400 based applications-without any programming or development effort. Security is fully supported with SSL encryption and support for external security authentication packages, including ACF2 and RACF, as well as secure FTP.
