DIR-CPO-4941 – Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) includes:
- Application Development, Maintenance, and Support, Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services
- Project and Program Management

- Purchases under the DBITS contract require an agreed-upon statement of work which details project milestones and payments. For more information on the DIR DBITS contract, including the ordering process, please see DIR’s DBITS Contract page.
- Generate a purchase order made payable to RFD & Associates, Inc. and you must reference the DIR Contract Number, DIR-CPO-4941, on your purchase order.
